Public Works Department Citizen’s Action Request

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, the Public Works Team has implemented a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

This support ticket system is just another tool, we are using to provide more options for our citizens. If you have questions about an action request ticket or would prefer to speak to us over the phone we encourage you to give us a call, or better yet, stop by our office.

Submit a request below. Please fill out all required fields before submitting. You will be able to come back and view the status of your request under the “Find a Request” option below. Here are some example requests you can enter:

  • Debris in Street
  • Mowing/Beautification
  • Pothole Repairs

Public Works Emergency

If you have an after hours Public Works Emergency such as unsafe road conditions, please contact our on-call phone number at 360-524-3450.

Water Emergency

If you have a water emergency, please contact Clark Public Utilities at 360-992-3000.

Sewer Emergency

If you have a sanitary sewer emergency please call 360-263-3335 during business hours or if it’s after hours please call 360-605-2269.
