Paradise Park Site Grading
Grading is expected to begin on August 25, 2025, at the Paradise Park Road site located at the La Center junction off of La Center Rd and Paradise Park Rd. Trucks will be entering and exiting La Center Road to allow for grading according to plan. Road construction signs, erosion control and protective fencing will be installed before grading begins. The grading is expected to last until late-October. There are no expected road closures at this time.
The Paradise Park Site Plan was approved under 2024-019-CUP/PSR/PLD on December 17, 2024. The project included a phased commercial development on 3.36 acres. The preliminary approval included a 3,900 square foot commercial building, 2,200 square foot quickserve restaurant, and a 109-unit 5-story hotel with associated parking. There is no building application at this time, only a permit for site grading to accommodate the approved plan.
All land development must adhere to the La Center Municipal Code for development standards and follow zoning requirements.
