The City of La Center will be conducting asphalt preservation work in late September, contingent on weather, and may extend road work to weekends. Asphalt preservation and road work will be done on the areas listed below, and is expected to last from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Homes within the affected areas will receive flyer notifications seven (7) days prior to work. During this time, access will be limited on roads to local traffic only. Please plan accordingly, as there will be delays to-and-from homes in the affected areas. There will be no street parking allowed during this time.
Road work will take place on W. 7th, 8th, & 9th Streets and West D & E Avenues, as well as East and West 5th Street.
